PLANTAIN FLOWER STIR FRY/PORIYAL:

- Plantain Flower - 1
- Onion - 3
- Tomato - 1(Optional)
- Garlic - 10 Pods
- Cinnamon - 1 Stick
- Cloves - 1
- Saunf/Fennel Seeds - 1 Teaspoon
- Salt - To Taste
- Oil - 1 Teaspoon
- Split Roasted Gram - 3 Tablespoon(Powdered)
- Clean and finely chop the plantain flower.
- Finely Chop onion,tomato,garlic.
- Grind cinnamon,Clove,Sanuf together.
- Take a pan and heat oil and add onion and garlic and saute.
- Add finely chopped plantain flower to it and saute well.
- Add tomato,required salt and grind cinnamon,clove,saunf powder.
- Close it with lid cook well with low flame.
- Add split roasted gram powder and mix well.
- Serve hot.
