Beans Parupu Usili

Hi Friends,

Beans Parupu Usili,made with Channa Dhall. Hope you all enjoy with this Dish.



Ingredients:


  • Beans - 250 gms
  • Channa Dhall - 1/2 Cup
  • Saunf or Fennel Seeds - 1 Teaspoon
  • Dry Red Chilly - 2
  • Asafoetida - One Pinch
  • Salt - As you needed
  • Mustard Seeds - 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Oil - 1 Teaspoon

Preparation:

  • Soak Channa Dhall for 8 Hours.
  • Finely Chop Beans.
  • Pressure Cook Channa Dhall for 3 Whistle.
  • Boil Chopped Beans Separately.
  • Strain water from Channa Dhall and Grind with Saunf,Dry Red Chilly Coarsely.
  • Strain water from cooked Beans and keep aside.
  • Take a pan,heat one Teaspoon of oil,Put mustard Seeds,After Splutters, Add Grinded Channa Mixture.
  • Mix tell and Saute till it get Separate.
  • Add Asafoetida,Salt and mix well.
  • Then Add Cooked Beans to it and Mix Well.
  • Mix till it get dry and separate.
  • Serve Hot.
