Gobi Machurian


Hi Friends,

Everyone will love Gobi Machurian......,Especially Kids...
I like to post this Recipe.....Hope you all enjoy with this Recipe...:)


Ingredients:
  • Cauliflower - 1 Big
  • Ginger - 1 inch
  • Garlic - 5 Cloves
  • GreenChilly - 1
  • All Purpose Flour or Maida - 1/4 cup
  • Corn Flour - 1 Tablespoon
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1 Teaspoon
  • Garam Masala - 1 Teaspoon
  • Kasuri Methi Leaves - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Salt - As you Need
  • Food Color Red - One Pinch(If you Need)
  • Oil - To Fry

Preparation:

  • Cut Cauliflower into floret size.Clean the Cauliflower by following procedure.
  • Put Cut Cauliflower into hot water with little Salt.Leave it for 5  Minutes.
  • Transfer the Cauliflower into Normal Water.
  • Then Strain the water fully.
  • Grind Ginger,Garlic,GreenChilly together as fine paste.
  • Take a Bowl,Put Strained Cauliflower and Ginger Garlic Paste,Mix well till the paste apply fully.
  • Add Red Chilli powder,Garam Masala,All purpose Flour,Corn Flour and Salt.Mix well.
  • No need to add water,If you need add two three drops.
  • Add Kasuri Methi Leaves and Mix Well.
  • Keep it aside for one Hour.
  • Heat Oil and fry till it become Golden Brown.

Ingredients: Drumstick Leaves(Cleaned) - 2 CupsToor Dhall - 1 CupShallots - 1/4 CupTomato - 3GreenChilly Or Dry Red Chilly - 5Tamarind - Small BallTurmeric Powder - 1/4 TeaspoonSalt - To TasteTo Temper: Cooking Oil - 1 TablespoonMustard Seeds - 1/2 TeaspoonAsafoetida - A PinchPreparation: In Pressure cooker, Add All ingredients and add required water and cook for 3 to 4 Whistles.After Pressure released,Grind with "Kal Chatti" or using Mixer by adding required salt.Temper mustard seeds and asafoetida in oil and garnish in grind kadiyal.It is suitable for Cooked Rice,Idly,Dosa.




KARA DOSAI

HI FRIENDS,

        Kara dosai, which is a spicy dosa made with rice variety of dhal.Being bored with normal white dosa you enjoy this dosa.





INGREDIENTS:

Tiffin Rice(Motta boiled rice) - 2 cup
Urad dhal - 1/4 cup
Toor dhal - 1/2 cup
Bengal gram - 1/2 cup
Fenugreek Seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - as needed
Oil
Mustard Seeds - 1/4 teaspoon
Curry Leaves - few
Dry Redchilly - 4
Garlic - 3 pods


PREPARATION:


Soak Tiffin rice and all three dhals and fenugreek seeds together for 8 hours.Grind Soaked rice and dhal mixture with Dry red chilly and Garlic together as Dosa batter.Add Salt to this batter as you need.In pan put some oil and heat,add mustard seeds after splutter, add urad dhal  and curry leaves.Mix this mustard seeds,curry leaves to the batter.No need to ferment this batter like normal dosa.so you can use directly after grind.Heat tawa,Make thin dosa.Apply oil around the dosa to make crispy.Serve Hot with Coconut Chutney.
