Pepper Gobi

Hi Friends,

Everyone will love this Pepper Gobi.....:)
Enjoy......

               
Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower - 1 Fully
  • Onion - 1
  • Tomato -1
  • Ginger- Garlic Paste - 1 Teaspoon
  • Black Pepper - 1 Teaspoon
  • Fennel Seeds/Saunf - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Curry Leaves - One Hand Full
  • Chilly Powder - 1 Teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Salt - To Taste
  • Oil - 1 Tablespoon

Preparation:

  • Cut the Cauliflower as floret size and put in hot water,leave for 5 minutes and transfer into cold water.
  • Strain Cauliflower without water.
  • Finely Chop the Onion and Tomato.
  • Take a pan,Do dry fry the following items black pepper,fennel seeds,curry leaves.
  • Grind the fried items coarsely.
  • Take a pan,heat 1 Tablespoon of oil and Put onion and saute till Golden Brown.
  • Then add Cauliflower and saute till raw smell goes off.
  • Add tomato and GG Paste.
  • Wait till the tomato cook well then add salt and Chilly Powder.
  • Mix well and little water.Close with lid and wait to cook.
  • After it cooked well mix once add the fried grind items.
  • Mix well and serve.
  • Serve as Side Dish for rice or Chapathi.

Avacoda Smoothie

Hi Friends,

Avacoda is called as Butter Fruit. It is Rich Folic Acid. I did Avacoda Smoothie.Sure all will enjoy with this smoothie.
         


               

Ingredients:

  • Avacoda  - 1
  • Milk - 1/2 Cup
  • Water - 1/2 Cup
  • Sugar - To Taste


Preparation:
  • Cut the avacoda vertically around the fruit and twist then open.
  • Remove the single seed and Get the flesh of the friut using spoon.
  • Take a mixer and Put all ingredients except water and grind smoothly.
  • Add water and again on the mixer.
  • Keep it in refrigerator and serve it cool.

Ghee Rice

Hi Friends,

This Post gives you Delicious Ghee Rice.


Ingredients:

  • Basmathi Rice - 1 Cup
  • Ghee - 2 Tablespoon
  • Onion - 1(Slice it Vertically)
  • Fennel Seeds/Saunf - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Cinnamon - 1 Stick
  • Cloves - 2
  • Cardamom - 1
  • Bay Leaves - 1
  • Green Chilly - 1
  • Mint Leaves(Finely Chopped) - 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt - To Taste 
  • Cashewnuts - 2 Tablespoon

Preparation:

  • Soak Rice for 10 Minutes.
  • Heat Pan and put ghee,wait till it melts.
  • Put all Spices into ghee,After Splutters,Put Onion to it.
  • Saute it till Golden Brown.Put Green Chilly and Mix.
  • Now add finely chopped mint leaves to it.
  • Add required salt to it.
  • Drain the Soaked rice and to it.Mix well without break the rice.
  • Add 1:2 ratio of water and make it boil then close it with lid.
  • Cook in Sim Flame for 5 minutes.
  • After cooked well,Open the lid and mix well and add Fried Cahewnuts to it and mix well.
  • Now Ghee Rice is Ready to Serve.Serve with any Gravy.

Puffy Poori

Hi Friends,

Everyone will definitely like to prepare poori puffy.....
But it can't most of the time.....
Here after you all can prepare puffy poori Happily with few tricks......:)


Ingredients:

  • Wheat Flour - 1 cup
  • Salt - As You Need
  • Warm Water - As you need to make tight Batter
  • Oil - to fry And one Teaspoon in Flour

Preparation:

  • Take a Bowl and put the Wheat flour and Salt,Heat one teaspoon of Cooking oil and put into the Wheat flour. 
  • Knead the flour with warm water tightly.It should not be loose,If so it absorb more oil.
  • Apply little oil and keep it for half an hour.
  • After half an Hour,take the dough and press fully and make the dough into small balls.
  • Flatten the balls using the roll.It should not be so thin or so thick.
  • Take a pan,Heat oil to deep fry.
  • After the oil heated,put the flatten dough slowly into the oil.
  • Using Spatula,lightly press over the Poori to immerse into the oil.
  • Turn into other side and Strain oil and take it from oil.
  • Now Puffy Poori is ready to Serve.
  • It can be Serve with Potato Masala. Potato Masala will be in further post.

Gobi Machurian


Hi Friends,

Everyone will love Gobi Machurian......,Especially Kids...
I like to post this Recipe.....Hope you all enjoy with this Recipe...:)


Ingredients:
  • Cauliflower - 1 Big
  • Ginger - 1 inch
  • Garlic - 5 Cloves
  • GreenChilly - 1
  • All Purpose Flour or Maida - 1/4 cup
  • Corn Flour - 1 Tablespoon
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1 Teaspoon
  • Garam Masala - 1 Teaspoon
  • Kasuri Methi Leaves - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Salt - As you Need
  • Food Color Red - One Pinch(If you Need)
  • Oil - To Fry

Preparation:

  • Cut Cauliflower into floret size.Clean the Cauliflower by following procedure.
  • Put Cut Cauliflower into hot water with little Salt.Leave it for 5  Minutes.
  • Transfer the Cauliflower into Normal Water.
  • Then Strain the water fully.
  • Grind Ginger,Garlic,GreenChilly together as fine paste.
  • Take a Bowl,Put Strained Cauliflower and Ginger Garlic Paste,Mix well till the paste apply fully.
  • Add Red Chilli powder,Garam Masala,All purpose Flour,Corn Flour and Salt.Mix well.
  • No need to add water,If you need add two three drops.
  • Add Kasuri Methi Leaves and Mix Well.
  • Keep it aside for one Hour.
  • Heat Oil and fry till it become Golden Brown.

Beans Parupu Usili

Hi Friends,

Beans Parupu Usili,made with Channa Dhall. Hope you all enjoy with this Dish.



Ingredients:


  • Beans - 250 gms
  • Channa Dhall - 1/2 Cup
  • Saunf or Fennel Seeds - 1 Teaspoon
  • Dry Red Chilly - 2
  • Asafoetida - One Pinch
  • Salt - As you needed
  • Mustard Seeds - 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Oil - 1 Teaspoon

Preparation:

  • Soak Channa Dhall for 8 Hours.
  • Finely Chop Beans.
  • Pressure Cook Channa Dhall for 3 Whistle.
  • Boil Chopped Beans Separately.
  • Strain water from Channa Dhall and Grind with Saunf,Dry Red Chilly Coarsely.
  • Strain water from cooked Beans and keep aside.
  • Take a pan,heat one Teaspoon of oil,Put mustard Seeds,After Splutters, Add Grinded Channa Mixture.
  • Mix tell and Saute till it get Separate.
  • Add Asafoetida,Salt and mix well.
  • Then Add Cooked Beans to it and Mix Well.
  • Mix till it get dry and separate.
  • Serve Hot.

Egg Sponge Dosai

Hi Friends,


Bored with plain dosa!!!!
Now you can try this Egg sponge dosai....


Ingredients:
  • Dosa Batter - 1 cup
  • Egg - 1
  • Shallots - 10(finely chopped)
  • Tomato - small 1
  • GreenChilly - 1
  • Chilly Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Salt - As needed
  • TurmericPowder - one pinch
  • Coriander leaves - Finely Chopped 1 Teaspoon


Preparation:


  • Saute Shallots,Tomato,Green Chilly in a pan with one Teaspoon Oil.
  • Beat Egg in  Bowl.
  • Mix Sauted items,Egg,Salt,Turmeric Powder,Chilly Powder with Dosa Batter.
  • Add Coriander Leaves and Mix well,Make consistency of Dosa Batter.
  • Heat Tawa and Grease it with Oil.
  • Put some batter to it and Spread like Dosa.
  • Cook Well for both sides with Golden Brown.
