This Post gives you a Interesting and Delicious Taste of Vegetable Roll.All my friends and family like to eat this roll of my Preparation.You can do this Non-vegetarian like using Chicken or Mutton.Surely you all will enjoy with Dish.Always i remember my friends while i prepare vegetable roll.Missing them so much..



Bread - 10All Purpose Flour or Maida - 1/4 cupCorn Flour - 1 TeaspoonBread Crumbs - 1 CupSalt - littleOil - To Fry

Onion - 1Potato - 1/4 cupPeas - 1/2 cupCarrot - 1/4 cupBeans - 1/4 cupCuminSeeds - 1/2 TeaspoonGreenChilly - 1Salt As neededGaramMasala - 1 TeaspoonPepper Powder - 1/4 Teaspoon

Finely Chop all the vegetables.Take a pan,Heat one Tablespoon of oil,add onion and saute.Add vegetables and mix well.Add required salt,greeen chilly,garam masala,pepper powder.Mix well and Cook well.

Mix Maida,CornFlour,Salt,Water and make as good batter.

Cut the edges of the breads.Press that slice with chapathi roll.

How to prepare vada
PREPARATION: Soak ToorDhall and Rawrice for half an hour. GrindSoakedToorDhall,Rawricewith Ginger,Garlic,GreenChilly,Curd. Chop the Onions. In a pan,Put 2 Tablespoon oil and heat,Put Mustard Seed,after Splutters add Dry Chilly and CurryLeaves,then onion and fry. Add Asafoetida and Turmeric Powder to it and mix well. Then add Grind Dhall Mixture and two cups of Water. Mix well without lumps. Boil well till the raw smell goes off. Then it will be somehow Thick,Then add Vada to it.Dip it fully. Garnish with Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves. Serve with Idly,Dosa,Rice.

Bengal Gram - 1 CupOnion - 1Green Chilly -2Ginger - 1 inchGarlic - 2 ClovesCurry leaves - FewCoriander leaves - 2 Teaspoon(Finely Chopped)Mint Leaves - 2 Tablespoon(Finely Chopped)Salt - For TasteOil - To fryPREPARATION: Soak Bengal gram for 2 hours.Grind Soaked Bengal gram with Ginger and Garlic.Leave one teaspoon of Soaked bengal gram without grind.Finely Chop Onion,Curry leaves,Coriander leaves,Mint leaves.Mix grind Bengal gram with one teaspoon soaked bengal gram and all finely chopped items with required  Salt.In a pan,heat oil for deep fry,Take small amount of batter and make it round and flat and put it in hot oil and fry till golden brown.When you put vadai in oil,the oil should be hot.Immediately the flame should be in mid till you get the vadai golden brown.Do the same for all the batter. Now,Hot and tasty Vadai is ready.

FOR DRY  GRIND: Pepper - 1 TeaspoonCumin Seeds - 1/2 TeaspoonCinnamon - 1Cloves - 1Cardamom - 1
PREPARATION: Clean and Remove Center Part of the Palak leaves.Wash Completely.Take a pan and add Clean and Washed Palak and boil.No need to add water to it,Because while wash it has some  water.Boil till the Leaves become Smaller.Make it cool and grind as fine with little water.Fry all the ingredients those given under DRY GRIND and grind it with out water,like powder.
Finely Chop the onion and Tomato.
Take a pan,Add Butter,after it melts add onions.

After the onions becomes golden brown,add Coriander Powder and Stir well.
Flavors comes add tomato and little salt.
After tomato mashed add remaining salt and grinded Palak.

Add KasuriMethi now.
Stir well and add Grinded Powder.
Mix well and boil till the raw smell goes off.



     The Sweet made of Cahewnuts and Easy to Prepare.Enjoy with this Sweet.

INGREDIENTS: Cashewnuts - 1 CupSugar - 1/2 CupWater - 1/4 CupMilk - 1 TablespoonGhee - 1/2 Teaspoon
Grind the Cashewnuts into dry fine powder.In a pan,Boil half cup Sugar with Quarter Cup of water till you get the String(Kambi patham in Tamil).After getting the string,add Grinded Cashewnuts and Stir without lumps.Add one Tablespoon of Milk to it.Stir till the consistency turn into like chapathi dough.Transfer the dough into a flat plate and Spread it evenly.Then Cut it with knife into Diamond Shape.Leave it for sometime to cool.Now make that sliced into pieces.Kaju kathli is ready now.

Capsicum Green - 1 Capsicum Red - 1 Capsicum Yellow - 1 Capsicum Orange - 1 Tomato - 2 MustardSeeds - 1/2 Teaspoon BlackPepperPowder - 1 Tablespoon CoconutMilk - 1/2 Cup GreenChillies - 4 Cheese - 1 Tablespoon Salt - As you needed ChillyPowder - 1/4 Teaspoon
Cut the capsicum into square pieces.Heat a pan,Add 2 Teaspoon of Oil,Put Mustard Seeds after splutters add Sliced  one Tomato and Saute.Add 1/2 Teaspoon of Pepper Powder to it and Mix.Grind this Sauted Tomato and keep aside.Take another pan,Heat it and add oil on it.Add Cutted Capsicum,Cubed Tomato one and Saute.Then Add Pepper Powder,Chilly Powder,Salt.Close and Cook for few minutes.Add Grinded Tomato Paste.Add Coconut Milk,Cheese to it.Cook for few minutes.Now Delicious Capsicum Gravy is Ready.

Milk - 1/2 cup
Water - 1 cup
Saunf(sombu in Tamil) - 1 Teaspoon
Cardamom Pods - 1
Tea Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
Sugar - As you Need


Take a pan and fry Saunf till Golden Brown.Boil that Fried Saunf with Water with Cardamom Pods and Tea Powder till that full essence come into the water.Add milk to that ticaution and boil.Fliter the Tea and Add Sugar to it.Now Hot Diet Tea is ready to Drink.

       How are You All? After a little break i am back in Mykitchen blog.This recipe is north indian style recipe.It go well with Chapathi. Surely you all will enjoy this dish.


LadiesFinger - 250 gms
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
CuminSeeds - 1/2 Teaspoon
DryChilly - 2


Wash and wipe the ladies fingers.Cut the ladies finger as  shown in the image.Grind Onion,Tomato,CuminSeeds,DryChilly together as fine paste.Heat 2 Taablespoon of oil in a pan and Saute ladies finger for 3 minutes.Keep aside  the Sauted  LadiesFinger.In a pan,Heat 2 Teaspoon  oil and add grinded masala,Stir till the raw smell goes off.Add Salt and Sauted  ladies finger and mix well and close with lid for 3 Minutes.LadiesFinger Should not cook Fully.Only Three-fourth should cook.That is the taste of the Dishes.Now Sabji is ready to Serve.
