- Palak - 1 bunch
- Paneer - 200 Gms
- Onion - 1
- Tomato - 1
- GreenChilly - 2
- Coriander Powder - 1 Tablespoon
- Kasuri Methi - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Salt - As you Need
- Butter - To Saute
FOR DRY GRIND:
- Pepper - 1 Teaspoon
- Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Cinnamon - 1
- Cloves - 1
- Cardamom - 1
PREPARATION:
- Clean and Remove Center Part of the Palak leaves.Wash Completely.
- Take a pan and add Clean and Washed Palak and boil.No need to add water to it,Because while wash it has some water.
- Boil till the Leaves become Smaller.
- Make it cool and grind as fine with little water.
- Fry all the ingredients those given under DRY GRIND and grind it with out water,like powder.
- Finely Chop the onion and Tomato.
- Take a pan,Add Butter,after it melts add onions.
- After the onions becomes golden brown,add Coriander Powder and Stir well.
- Flavors comes add tomato and little salt.
- After tomato mashed add remaining salt and grinded Palak.
- Add KasuriMethi now.
- Stir well and add Grinded Powder.
- Mix well and boil till the raw smell goes off.
- Add Cube Paneer and mix well.
- If you like fresh cream to add you can add.
- I Served with Ghee Rice.
