Mint Corinader Chicken Masala Or Green Chicken



MINT CORIANDER CHICKEN OR GREEN CHICKEN

Mostly we do chicken as gravy that contains fully of masala or we do chicken 65,like that of fry recipes or we do chicken biryani.But this is very unusual recipe and simple with very different taste.why not we try new innovative recipes in simple way.In that way we do this chicken masala with fresh mint leaves and coriander leaves.Hope you all enjoy this recipe....Do try this recipe with biryani or chapathi or poori and Post your Valuable Comments,Suggestions,Feedback to

Ingredients:
  • Chicken - 1/2 Kg
  • Onion - 2
  • Tomato - 2
  • Ginger - 1 Inch
  • Garlic - 10 Pods
  • GreenChilly - 4
  • Mint Leaves - 1 Cup
  • Coriander Leaves - 1 Cup
  • Curd - 1/4 Cup
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Chilli Powder - 1 Teaspoon
  • Garam Masala - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Salt - To Taste
  • Oil - 2 Tablespoon
Preparation:
  • Wash chicken and keep aside.
  • Grind Ginger, Garlic, Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Green Chilly together.
  • Marinate the chicken with grind green paste,curd,little salt,turmeric powder,and 1 teaspoon of oil.Keep this chicken to marinate for half an hour to one hour.
  • Finely Chop the Onions and Tomato.
  • Take a pan and oil in it,add finely chopped onions and saute till the onions become transparent.
  • Now add the chicken with green paste which marinated before and stir well.Since it marinate for some time.So it cook fast.
  • Add Remaining salt,Turmeric Powder,Chilli Powder,Garam Masala and stir well.
  • Sprinkle little water and close it with lid and cook well.
  • After cooked well,Add little pepper powder if you need.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
  • Enjoy with Green Chicken.Hope you all enjoy the new taste.

MUTTON BIRYANI


Mutton Biryani
      
  
Ingredients:
  • Basmathi Rice - 1Kg
  • Mutton - 1Kg
  • Mutton Stock - 2 Cups
  • Onion - 3(Big Size)
  • Tomato - 2
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 Tablespoon
  • Green Chilly - 3
  • Saunf/Fennel Seeds - 1 Teaspoon
  • Cinnamon - 2
  • Cloves - 4
  • Cardamon - 2
  • Mint Leaves - One Hand Full Finely Chopped
  • Coriander Leaves - One Hand Full Finely Chopped
  • Badam - 10
  • Curd/Yoghurt - 1 Cup
  • Lemon Juice - 1 Teaspoon
  • Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 Teaspoon
  • Coriander Powder - 1 Teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Ghee - 3 Teaspoon
  • Oil - 3 Tablespoon
  • Cashewnut - 1 Teaspoon
  • Raisins - 1 Teaspoon
Preparation:
  • Soak Badam for one hour in warm water and grind it as for fine paste.
  • Soak Cinnamon - 1 and Cloves - 2 together in warm water and grind it as paste.
  • Grind Green Chilly into fine paste.
  • Slice onions and tomatoes into vertically thin.
  • Soak Basmathi Rice before you start to cook.
  • Fry One Sliced onion in ghee till golden brown to garnish finally.
  • Fry Cashewnut and raisins in ghee,This is also for garnish.
  • Pressure cook the mutton for two whistles with little salt,GG Paste,Cinnamon,Clove.
  • After pressure released take the mutton stock and meat separately.
  • Take a pan or Cooker,i did with pan.
  • In Pan,heat ghee and oil together and add onion,Saunf,Cinnamon,Cloves,Cardamon one by one and fry slowly.
  • When the onions becomes transparent add tomato and saute for one minute and add Ginger Garlic Paste and saute till the raw smell goes off.
  • Now Add GreenChilly Paste and Cinnamon+Cloves Paste and mix well till the oil get separate.
  • Add Finely Chopped Coriander leaves and mint leaves and stir well,you will get a fine aroma of these leaves with masala mixing together.you enjoy this aroma.
  • Add Turmeric Powder,Chilli Powder,Coriander Powder and mix well for one minute.
  • Add Badam Paste and mix well.
  • Now add Required salt and curd and mix well.
  • Take mutton stock as 1:2 for those who cook in Pan,1:1 1/2 for those who cook in cooker.
  • Add Mutton Stock and Mutton and mix once.
  • Add  Soaked and filtered rice and mix once without the rice break out.
  • After bubbles comes,make the flame as low and close it with lid.
  • After 5 Minutes remove the lid and Stir once without breaking the rice and close again.
  • Wait till it cook well and Add Lemon Juice and mix well.
  • Transfer it into Serving Bowl or Plate and Garnish with Fried Onions,Cashewnut,Raisins.
  • Very Yummy Spicy Mutton Biryani is Ready to Serve.

Mom Style Mutton Gravy


MY MOM STYLE MUTTON GRAVY 

My mom prepare this type of mutton gravy.She doesn't eat non vegetarian but she cooks very well.My mom also prepare chicken gravy in the same method.She add potatoes in to it,I like that potatoes which absorbed mutton stock ie potatoes with non veg taste.Now we see how to prepare how to prepare this mutton gravy.Enjoy this Gravy....Send your feedback as your comments.....:)

INGREDIENTS:
  • Mutton - 1 kg
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon 
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1 Teaspoon
  • Coriander Powder - 1 Teaspoon
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt - To Taste
  • Oil - 2 Tablespoon
TO FRY AND GRIND:
  • Onion - 4
  • Tomato - 4
  • Saunf /Fennel Seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • GreenChilly -3
  • Cinnamom - 1 Stick
  • Cloves - 4
  • Pepper Corns - 10
  • Coriander Leaves - 1 Bowl Full
  • Ginger - 2 Inch
  • Garlic - 5 Pods
PREPARATION;
  • Wash the mutton cleanly and squeeze it without water and keep aside.
  • Cut the onion and tomato into square.
  • Take a pan,heat one teaspoon of oil and add the ingredients int the table"To Fry And Grind" and saute till the onion become golden brown and grind it as fine paste.
  • Take a another pan,heat oil and add washed mutton and turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste and saute well,after 5 mins it become waterish and saute well till water become dry.
  • Then add salt and grind paste and chilli powder and corinader powder and add required water and cook for 2 whistle.
  • After pressure goes off mix well and garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
  • If you need add grated cooconut to it and serve hot.
  • I had this with Dosa.But it well also with idly,chapathi,Poori and also for Rice.

Fried Chicken 2

     This post gives you yummy chicken drumstick fry. That is Fried Chicken.Already i presented you all one type of fried chicken that is like KFC Chicken.This type gives you traditional taste.You can try this with boneless chicken,It is really tasty and juicy and yummy to eat.Can eat without any combination or can eat with Yummy Biryani.Soon i will present you all chicken biryani.So now enjoy all with this Fried Chicken.

Ingredients:
  • Chicken Drumstick - 6
  • Chilli Powder - 1 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Pepper Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Coriander Powder - 1 Teaspoon
  • Cumin Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Garam Masala - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Corn Flour - 1 Teaspoon
  • Lemon Juice - 1 
  • Curd/Yoghurt - 1 Tablespoon
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt - As Needed
  • Oil - To Fry
Preparation:
  • Wash fully and clean the chicken drumstick.
  • Mix all ingredients except oil,Dip Cleaned chicken drumsticks and apply masala fully.
  • Leave it for more than oil hour.
  • Heat oil in a pan,Fry one by one till golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve Hot.

Chicken Drumstick Masala

Hi Friends,

Traditional Chicken Masala,i did with chicken drumstick,you can also do chicken breast pieces or with normal bone pieces.This is very easy simple recipe.Especially for Bachelor's cooking..Enjoy with this chicken masala.

Ingredients:


  • Chicken Drumstick - 4 or Chicken Pieces - 1/2 Kg
  • Onion - 2
  • Tomato - 2
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tablespoon
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Chicken Masala Powder - 1 Tablespoon
  • Chilli Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Coriander Leaves(Finely Chopped) - To Garnish
  • Lemon Juice - 1/4 Teaspo
  • Salt - As Needed
Preparation:


  • Finely Chop onion and tomato.
  • Marinate chicken with lemon and pinch turmeric powder with little salt for 10  minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan,Add cinnamom,cloves,After splutters,add finely chopped onion and saute till golden brown.
  • Then add Chicken and saute.
  • Add finely chopped tomato and ginger garlic paste and cook till fully smashed.
  • Add Turmeric Powder,Chilli Powder,Chicken Masala Powder.
  • Stir well till oil get separates.
  • Close it with lid and cook well.
  • Garnish with Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves.
  • Enjoy Chicken Drumstick Masala.

Egg Biryani

Hi Friends,

Everyone like Biryani,whether it is veg or non veg!!!!
Mostly biryani prepare with chicken or mutton,Differ from that,I tried Egg Biryani......It is really so good...smells good.....The texture is so good,non sticky rice with flavours fully mingled with rice and egg.Easy to prepare...Non vegetarian biryani takes more time but it is less time than that.Enjoy this week end with Egg Biryani.Try it  out andd send your feedback as comments...


Ingredients:

To Saute:

  • Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Saunf/FennelSeeds - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Mustard Seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Curry Leaves - few
To Marinate:
  • Egg - 3(Boiled)
  • Curd - 1/2 Cup
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1 Teaspoon
  • Coriander  Powder - 1 Teaspoon
  • Garam Masala - 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt - For egg and masala as required
  • Coriander Leaves - 2 Teaspoon(Finely Chopped)
  • Mint Leaves - 2 Teaspoon (Finely Chopped)
To Final Preparation:
  • Basmathi Rice - 2 Cups
  • Onion - 1
  • Tomato -1
  • Ginger Garlicc Paste - 2 Teaspoon
  • Salt - As Needed
Preparation:
  • Soak rice.
  • Boil eggs.
  • Cook rice.
  • Cut the eggs into halves.
  • Mix all the ingredients to marinate in a bowl and put cut egg into it and marinate for 15 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan,put all ingredients in saute heading and put finely sliced in lengthwise onion and saute till you get transparency.
  • Add sliced tomato and ginger-garlic paste to it and saute till tomato smash fully.
  • Add required salt and marinated egg and mix well without the egg get break.
  • Then add Cooked rice and mix well to spread masala evenly to rice.
  • Do all this in low flame.
  • Serve hot.

Fried Chicken 1

Hi friends,

I like KFC chicken.so I like to prepare as like at so I tried this version of fried chicken.so I like to share this fried chicken to you all in my version.it is looks like KFC chicken,it tastes good.so try this my version fried chicken and post comments as feed back.

Ingredients:


  • Chicken drumsticks - 6
  • Egg - 1
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Maida or all purpose flour - 1 cup
  • Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • PepperPowder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - As needed
  • Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
  • Ajinomoto - 1 tablespoon 


Preparation :


  • Mix egg and milk together in a bowl.
  • Mix all other ingredients except chicken In a bowl.
  • Take chicken drumsticks,dip into egg mixture and roll it into maida mixture.
  • Now chicken is ready to fry.
  • Heat oil for deep fry, put the chicken into oil which is dipped in egg mixture and rolled in maida mixture.
  • Fry till golden brown in low flame.
