CARROT HALWA:

INGREDIENTS:
- Carrot - 1 kg
- Milk - 500 ml
- Sugar - 1 Cup
- Grated Badam and Cashewnut - 1/2 Cup
- Guava - 1/4 Cup(Optional)
- Salt - one pinch
- Ghee - 1/2 Cup
- Cardamon Powder - 2 Pinch
PREPARATION:
- Grate the Carrots.
- Take a pan,Boil milk and carrot together till the grated carrots cook well.
- Add sugar,ghee,Cardamon Powder,Pinch Salt and mix well.
- Stir well till you get the consistency.
- Garnish with grated nuts.
- Serve hot or keep it in refrigerator and Serve cool.
