Ingredients:
- Potato - 2
- Onion - 1
- Tomato - 1/2(optional)
- Garlic - 1 pods
- Green Chilly - 2
- Curry Leaves - Few
- Coriander Leaves(Finely Chopped) - To Garnish
- Urad dhal & Channa Dhal mixed - 1 Teaspoon
- Mustard Seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Oil - 1 Tablespoon
- Chilly powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Salt - As Needed
Preparation:
- Wash potatoes and cut into halves and pressure cook for two whistle.
- Peel off the skin and smash the potatoes.
- Finely Chop onion,tomato,garlic,green chilly.
- Take a pan,heat oil,put mustard seeds,after splutters put urad dhal and channa dhal and stir till golden brown.
- Add onion,green chilly,garlic and saute.when the onion become transparent then put tomato and salt.
- After tomato smashed add chilly powder and smashed potato into it and mix well.
- If need water add for better consistency.stir well.
- When bubbles come,Stir and garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve Hot with Puffy Poori.
