- ToorDhall - 2 Tablespoon
- Curd - 1/2 Cup
- RawRice - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Onion - 2
- GreenChilly - 2
- Ginger - 1/2 inch
- Garlic - 2 Cloves
- DryChilly - 1
- Asafoetida - 1/4 teaspoon
- MustardSeeds - 1/2 Teaspoon
- CurryLeaves - few
- TurmericPowder - 1/4 Teaspoon
TO PREPARE VADA:
PREPARATION:
- GrindSoakedToorDhall,Rawricewith Ginger,Garlic,GreenChilly,Curd.
- Chop the Onions.
- In a pan,Put 2 Tablespoon oil and heat,Put Mustard Seed,after Splutters add Dry Chilly and CurryLeaves,then onion and fry.
- Add Asafoetida and Turmeric Powder to it and mix well.
- Then add Grind Dhall Mixture and two cups of Water.
- Mix well without lumps.
- Boil well till the raw smell goes off.
- Then it will be somehow Thick,Then add Vada to it.Dip it fully.
- Garnish with Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves.
- Serve with Idly,Dosa,Rice.
