Beans Parupu Usili,made with Channa Dhall. Hope you all enjoy with this Dish.
Ingredients:
- Beans - 250 gms
- Channa Dhall - 1/2 Cup
- Saunf or Fennel Seeds - 1 Teaspoon
- Dry Red Chilly - 2
- Asafoetida - One Pinch
- Salt - As you needed
- Mustard Seeds - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Oil - 1 Teaspoon
Preparation:
- Soak Channa Dhall for 8 Hours.
- Finely Chop Beans.
- Pressure Cook Channa Dhall for 3 Whistle.
- Boil Chopped Beans Separately.
- Strain water from Channa Dhall and Grind with Saunf,Dry Red Chilly Coarsely.
- Strain water from cooked Beans and keep aside.
- Take a pan,heat one Teaspoon of oil,Put mustard Seeds,After Splutters, Add Grinded Channa Mixture.
- Mix tell and Saute till it get Separate.
- Add Asafoetida,Salt and mix well.
- Then Add Cooked Beans to it and Mix Well.
- Mix till it get dry and separate.
- Serve Hot.
